BOOKING POLICY, CANCELLATION TERMS & RULES<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Reservations<\/strong><\/h3>\n

To confirm a reservation, a \u20ac100 deposit<\/strong> must be made via credit or debit card payment on the same day of booking. Your reservation will be guaranteed upon receipt of a CONFIRMATION<\/strong> message via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.<\/p>\n

Cancellations<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • If the cancellation is made more than 15 days<\/strong> before the check-in date, you may reschedule<\/strong> to another available date or request a refund of the deposit (minus bank transfer fees, if applicable).<\/li>\n
  • If the cancellation is made between 3 and 15 days<\/strong> before check-in, the deposit will be non-refundable<\/strong> and rescheduling will not be possible.<\/li>\n
  • If the cancellation is made less than 3 days<\/strong> before check-in, the deposit will be forfeited<\/strong>, and the full amount of the stay may be charged.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Weather conditions<\/strong> will not be considered a valid reason for cancellation unless caused by catastrophic events such as heavy rains (gota fr\u00eda<\/em>), hurricane-force winds exceeding 100 km\/h, etc.<\/p>\n

    Cancellations eligible for a refund<\/strong> will only be accepted if justified by force majeure circumstances<\/strong>, including accidents, serious illness, the death of a close family member, or travel restrictions that directly affect the guest who made the reservation.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Check-in & Check-out Times<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    Summer Schedule:<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    • Check-in<\/strong>: From 4:00 PM<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Check-out<\/strong>: By 12:00 PM<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Autumn \u2013 Winter Schedule:<\/strong><\/h4>\n
        \n
      • Check-in<\/strong>: From 4:00 PM<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • Check-out<\/strong>: By 6:00 PM<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        RULES FOR GUESTS<\/strong><\/h2>\n
          \n
        • Only registered guests are allowed<\/strong> to stay in the complex. Visitors who are not staying at the property are not permitted<\/strong> to remain on the premises.<\/li>\n
        • Smoking is not allowed<\/strong> inside the cabins, and candles are prohibited<\/strong> in the rooms.<\/li>\n
        • Barbecues are for charcoal use only<\/strong> (starter cubes or liquid fire starters allowed). For safety reasons, barbecues must be fully extinguished<\/strong> after each use.<\/li>\n
        • Children must always be supervised by their parents when using the swimming pool.<\/strong><\/li>\n
        • Ball games are not allowed<\/strong> anywhere on the property.<\/li>\n
        • Please respect the garden and plants<\/strong> so that other guests can enjoy them as well.<\/li>\n
        • Children must always be under parental supervision.<\/strong> Any damage or accident caused by a lack of supervision will be the sole responsibility of the parents<\/strong>, and no claims can be made against the establishment.<\/li>\n
        • Infants<\/strong> (under 18 months old<\/strong>) stay free. Children over this age will be charged \u20ac20 per night<\/strong> for an extra bed.<\/li>\n
        • Trash must be disposed of daily<\/strong> in the designated bins at the entrance of the complex.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          GUESTS WITH PETS<\/strong><\/h2>\n
            \n
          • A one-time pet fee of \u20ac20<\/strong> will be charged. Additionally, a \u20ac50 security deposit<\/strong> must be paid in cash upon arrival.<\/li>\n
          • Pet owners must bring their own pet bedding or blankets<\/strong>. Pets are not allowed to sleep on sofas or beds, and they may not use kitchenware or utensils intended for humans.<\/strong><\/li>\n
          • Pets must always be on a leash<\/strong> while on the premises.<\/li>\n
          • Pets must not relieve themselves<\/strong> within the complex or parking areas. If an accident occurs, owners must clean up immediately.<\/strong><\/li>\n
          • Pets must not be left alone inside the cabins at any time.<\/strong><\/li>\n
          • Each pet must comply with all required health regulations<\/strong> as mandated by law.<\/li>\n
          • If your dog has behavioral issues<\/strong> or shows aggression<\/strong> towards other animals or people, a muzzle is required.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
