Reservations:

Reservations that are confirmed at the time, by telephone, or by means of the Reserve Request Form, have 48 working hours for the payment of the deposit to be banked accordingly and confirmation of the deposit to be e-mailed or faxed through to our establishment. Reservation is guaranteed by payment by Credit Card. After this time period, if payment has not been confirmed, the reservation will be null and void.
Reservations made with less than 48hours before entrance to the resort, will only be accepted and guaranteed if payment is made by Credit Card

Cancellations:

• For cancellations made with 40 or more days notice up to the date of your stay, refund of your deposit, alternatively postponement of the reservation.
• For cancellations made within 40 days or less up to the date of your stay, no refund of your deposit.
• For cancellations made with less than 15 days notice up to the date of your stay, the Management reserves the right to impose a charge of full payment with no refund of your deposit.
